I thank Jo˜ao Silva of Instituto Superior de Engenharia de Lisboa, Portugal, for
showing me the exact expression in the absence of matter effect. The first order
matter effects come from J. Sato, hep-ph/0006127, 13 June 2000. In determining
the small parameters it may not be consistent to keep first order terms in the
matter effect while keeping all of the other terms. In working out examples I
have set the matter effect equal to zero. It will eventually have to be put in
consistently.
さて、B.Richterの式であるが、彼は、真空中での振動は厳密な式を用い、物質効果に関しては、($a$および$\Delta m_{21}^2$について)1次の項までを取ったようである。
厳密には、上記のJ.Sato et al.の方法で、$H_0$を三世代に戻し、物質効果だけを摂動計算にすれば良いのであるが、途中までやって、あきらめた。B.Richterの式を確かめるには、J.Sato et al.の式で$a=0$の場合を三世代の厳密な場合に入れ替えて、そこに$a$の項を入れてやればよい。
