DAQ logic test

try to measure noise rate w/ ATM

VETO for TRG is made by I/O register, not anti-Gate(10Hz)
Compare the case of anti-gate to I/O register, trigger rate is different.
The rate of I/O register is less than anti-gate(10Hz).
-> DAQ rate is limmit by ~10Hz ???
--> Too slow..., Need to optimize!

Oscillo scope : threshold = -500mV
