arXiv にあげる際に困るのが logo が eps になっていること．
このせいで pdfLaTeX がうまくいかない．
pdf 版を Mac preview で作成したのでこれを arXiv のサブミットでは使用している．
APC は arXiv の category が hep-ex であれば SCOAP3 を使えばよい arXiv にあがっていれば arXiv id からアップロードするのが便利
