====== root fileをマージしたい ====== ---- root fileをマージするのに、haddというコマンドがある。(${ROOTSYS}/bin/ 以下) hadd output.root input1.root input2.root input3.root .... のように第一引数に新規の出力ファイル名、第二引数以降にマージしたいroot file名をとればよい。 ただし、このままでは一度にマージできる数に限りがあるらしく、それを解消するには ls *.root | xargs hadd output.root のようにxargsを使って渡してやればよいらしい。
